B. Danielle Watkins is the first and only African American filmmaker to be presented at the first (2016) and second (2017) all lesbian film festival, Cinema Systers Film Festival in Paducah, KY




B.D. has accomplished another first and only. She is the first and only African American woman to write, produce, and star in an original series for REVRY.

Coined as the “Adult Disneyland” Zola Carter (protagonist) moves back to Las Vegas to begin her new life after her divorce from her wife of 7 years. The story unfolds in the home of Zola’s best friend of 20 years Tyler Smith. In addition to their living space the 30 year old best friends will find themselves in the Las Vegas Night life, cafes, and other landmark attractions living and experiencing life.
